I eat junk only when I8217;m travelling. I eat healthy when I8217;m in Mumbai
Tell us about your daily diet8230;
I take five small meals daily after every three hours. Breakfast is usually a carrot and beetroot juice. For lunch, I eat two rotis with egg and some fruit. I eat dinner by 7.30 pm, usually chicken or fish. I avoid red meat as much as possible. I have another small meal a few hours after dinner.
What is your exercise routine?
I hit the gym almost everyday for about one-and-a-half hours, I do free weights. I used to do kickboxing but have stopped now. I am planning to start again soon.
What is your favourite food?
I like barbeque food.
Do you ever binge on junk food?
Not really. I eat healthy when I8217;m in Mumbai. It8217;s only when I8217;m travelling that I eat junk.
