DIET: Being a total foodie, I have no fixed diet program. On weekdays, I try and avoid sweets and meats. I don8217;t eat red meat, but I love fish. On workdays, I try and take a dabba from home as production food is usually very greasy. I don8217;t eat rice daily and prefer chapatis or wheat daliya. Normally, I eat a lot of fruits for breakfast. Papayas are my favourite. I don8217;t like fruit juices. Some brown bread, egg whites and cereal any kind complete my morning meal. Lunch would be brown rice with chicken breast, dal and a sabzi. I always avoid chicken legs. If I eat brown rice for lunch, I go for chapatis or wheat daliya at night. On weekends, I completely pig out. Black Forest cake is my absolute favourite and I can eat half a kilo in a single sitting.

EXERCISE: I do work out at a gym but don8217;t have any fixed timings. I do free-hand exercises instead of weight training. I have a treadmill at home on which I walk endlessly. I also love swimming but unfortunately have not been to a pool for the last three months.

PROBLEM AREAS: My problem area is definitely around my buttocks. Most women tend to gain weight around the lower half of their body. I feel walking helps break down the accumulated fat in this area.
