Maharashtra Government on Tuesday announced the appointment of a two-member high level panel headed by former Nagaland Governor R D Pradhan to probe the November 26 terror strikes in Mumbai.Maharashtra Chief Minister Ashok Chavan on Tuesday made this announcement in the state Legislative Assembly in Nagpur.Former IPS officer V Bhalchandra will be the other member of the panel, which has been asked to submit its report in two months.Bhalchandra will enjoy the status of Minister of State.
