MAY 1: Infotech major HCL Infosystems (HCL Insys) today announced that its US subsidiary Infosystems America, has entered into an agreement with software company RightWorks Corp for product development.

Under the agreement, Infosystems America would provide an offshore team of consultants to staff RightWorks Technology centre, which would be situated at HCL Insys’ development centre in Chennai, the company said in a statement here.

In addition to the development effort, the two companies also plan to partner in the areas of customer support and professional services worldwide, it said.
