MUMBAI, April 21: Over 3 lakh hawkers will take out a morcha to Raj Bhavan later this week to protest the hike in the daily license fee by the BMC and police harrasment. Said the Bombay Hawkers Union8217;s Suresh Kapile, while the BMC has hiked the daily license fee from Rs 70 to Rs 110, to be recovered from hawkers selling eatables.
