AMRITSAR, MARCH 31: Test discard Harbhajan Singh’s unbeaten 67 helped Punjab reach a decent total even as Tamil Nadu was struggling to make a match of it, reaching 125 for three on the second day of the Ranji Trophy quarter-final match here today.

Harbhajan, batting at Number 10, added 57 runs today to guide his team , to 344 all out. The tailender, with help from Navdeep Singh (8) and Bharat Bhushan (10), added 93 runs.

In reply, Tamil Nadu were off to a good start before losing three wickets in quick succession.
