BARODA, JANUARY 30: The Gujarat State Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited GSFC, a joint venture promoted by the Gujarat government, is seeking a tie-up with a leading player in the area of software development, according to company chairman K D Jeswani. He said GSFC was actively working towards setting up an information and technology park near the city.
The company has also undertaken the expansion project of its plant at Sikka near Jamnagar in Saurashtra which will add capacity of 3.96 lakh metric tonnes per annum. The board of directors held a meeting here today to consider the unaudited financial results of the third quarter .
