CHANDIGARH, Sept 25: Government Model School-10 beat Government Model School-40, 8-1 in the roller hockey event in the under-19 group in the Chandigarh State Inter-School skating competition for boys held at the Bhavan Vidyalaya premises in Sector 27, here today.

In the under-14 division, Stepping Stones School-38 and St Stephen8217;s School-45, will clash for title.

In table tennis event, Manav Mangal School-21 beat Bhavan Vidyalaya-27, 2-0 to win the under-14 boys title.
Results: Boys: Under-14: Road Race I 5000m: 1 Chetan, 2 Gursagar Singh, 3 Puneet Arora. Rink race II: Under-14: 1 Gursagar Singh, 2 Gurpreet Singh, 3 Amardeep Under-19: 1 Harikran Singh, 2 Saurabh Kakkar, 3 Navdeep Puri. Roller Hockey: Under-14: St Stephen8217;s Sector-45 bt KB DAV Centenary School 5-0; Stepping Stones-38 bt Bhavan Vidyalaya 1-0; St Stephen8217;s School-45 bt St John8217;s-26 3-0. Under-19: GMSSS-40 bt Bhavan Vidyalaya 5-1; KB DAV Sector 10 bt GMSSS-10 6-0. Final: GMSSS-10 bt GMSSS-40 8-1.
