
ICC says no to Lankan Board
COLOMBO: The crisis in the Sri Lankan Cricket Control Board has spilled over to the International Cricket Council ICC with cricket8217;s governing body declining to permit the newly nominated interim board officials to attend next week8217;s annual conference. Board officials here confirmed that ICC chief executive Dave Richards has written to his Lankan board counterpart Dhammika Ranatunga asking him to obtain a directive from the court about who should represent Sri Lanka in the ICC conference beginning in England on June 23.
