Fransa on the backfoot

Having raised a storm by threatening to disband if AIFF failed to reach a favourable decision on their disputed match against Mahindra United, Fransa-Pax have decided to continue in the NFL with new conditions!

While all this while chairman Mickky Pacheco has made his word final, on Wednesday Pacheco changed that by calling a meeting of players and coaches to decide their future. While, Pacheco was not available for comment, coach Norbert Gonsalves told The Indian Express: 8220;We were asked what should be done, to which the answer in unison was 8216;play8217;. Everybody realised that it was the best way to go about things, particularly when the AIFF has made themselves clear.8221;

Pacheco explained: 8220;It was then decided to rework our course of action.8221;

Realising that a replay of their Mahindra match was far-fetched8212;AIFF8217;s emergency meeting made it obvious8212;Fransa-Pax, have now made the outcome of the AIFF8217;s disciplinary committee meeting on Thursday their criteria of their future.
