CHENNAI, Jan 11: Four seeded players crashed out in the second round as pre-quarterfinalists in both men8217;s and women8217;s sections were spotted in the individual open events of the 60th Senior National Table Tennis Championship here tonight.
In second round matches, PSCB8217;s S Sriram 11th seed, Ganesh Kundu 12th, Debabatra Sana 13th and Shivaji Dutta 14, all of Railways, lost to unseeded G Deepak Kumar TN, Sunil Babras Dena Bank, Ranbir Das Beng and Rohit Chowdhry Mah respectively.
In the women8217;s section, top seed NR Indu TN was stretched to four games by Sonia Deshpande Mah. Indu clinched the match at 21-11 20-22 21-8 21-8.
