After a cool break, the Capital is set for higher temperatures. But that isn8217;t a worry for the Defence Ministry. The entire top brass, including most joint secretaries and all three ministers, are heading for the ILA air show in Berlin. The extraordinary Indian presence will also comprise top officials of all defence PSUs, HAL, DRDO and the Ordnance Board. A joke doing the rounds at South Block has it that Indian officials will far outnumber the private-sector participants8212;who generate the actual business at the air show.
