All the first division teams registered with PDFA desirous of participating in the leagues are requested to collect entry forms from Chetan Chavan, 14-Laxmi Housing Society, Senapati Bapat Marg, Pune 16.

A meeting called on February 14, to find a solution to the vexed issue ended without result.

While the PDFA committee agreed to lift the suspension on the condition that no separate referee association should be formed, the suspended referees continue to stand firm on this demand. According to Chetan Chavan, secretary of the PDFA, the suspended referees refused to accept the terms offered by the association sub committee (referee).

Since the PDFA refuses to recognise any such referee association the deadlock continues. The active referees will continue to officiate as usual.

Referees under suspension who were present at the meeting include Gopi Pardeshi, Gangaram Choudhari, Suresh Ranpise, Kisan Gaikwad, Naresh Chinchane, R Khan, Om Prakash Pardeshi and P Sathe.
