While the Left is leaving no opportunity to arm-twist the UPA Government, the other allies are making the most of the situation. Incidentally, university Vice-Chancellor S. Ramachandran heads the Environment Monitoring Committee of the Sethusamudram project that DMK leader and Union Road Transport, Highways and Shipping Minister T R Baalu has been defending strongly. And, Baalu8212;an alumnus of the university8212;will fly to the city for the special occasion.
