VADODARA, May 18: A discussion on Nuclear Explosion vis-a vis Economic Implosion8217; will be held at Hotel Surya Palace on Tuesday. Organised by the Rotary Club of Jawaharnagar the discussion will be headed by former RBI governor I G Patel and Manu Shroff, former advisor to the Planning Commission. The discussion will concentrate on defence and development on the onset of five nuclear tests conducted in Pokhran recently.

The discussion is aimed at clearing confusions prevailing among the citizens, as the tests have been received with bouquets as well as brickbats. Among others, former editor of The Economic Times P P Raj Kumar and Dean of the Faculty of Arts, M S University D H Mohite will express their opinion in the discussion.
