CHANDIGARH, Jan 6: All-India Sikh Students Federation district president Dilraj Singh Raja was today remanded to one-day police custody by UT Sub Judge Senior Division B.C. Gupta.Dilraj was arrested here yesterday for his involvement in car theft. Dilraj has been arrested under Section 411, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 473 of the IPC.
