KOLHAPUR, Nov 4: Ramchandra Deshinge of Sangli-based Kasturabai Walchand College was elected president of Shivaji University Students8217; Council during the keenly fought elections held recently. Mala Pawar of Chhatrapati Shivaji College in Satara was elected general secretary.
