NEW DELHI, April 16: Unbeaten knocks by Pradeep Gupta (50) and Sanjay Sharma (50) powered Dena Bank to a nine-wicket victory over Indian Airlines in an A-I division match of DDCA league at Palam-I here today.

Joginder Singh (4 for 20) and Pradeep Gupta (3 for 18) were the main wicket-takers for Dena Bank. Pradeep Gupta was adjudged man of the match.

In other matches, Hind Club prevailed over Kranti Star by 20 runs in an A-II division encounter at Palam-II. In the same division, Century downed Ircon by 35 runs at University ground. At Kotla, Darya Ganj Gymkhana beat Delhi Cricket Club by 58 runs in division A-II while in the B division match, Ashirwad thrashed Bank of India by eight wickets at Kotla 2.

Pal Singh tourney
The seventh Pal Singh Memorial cricket tournament will be organised from April 17 at Sant Longowal Sports complex (Khalsa College). Inaugural match will be played between Delhi Blues and Shanti Sports. The tournament will be played on the knockout basis.
