WASHINGTON: Businessman Johnny Chung, a central figure in the Justice Department probe on illegal financing of Democratic National Committee DNC, has told investigators that top officials solicited and took donations from him. Chung has claimed that the then-DNC finance director, Richard Sullivan, personally asked him for a 125,000 dollar donation in April 1995.
