CHENNAI, July 25: The Postal department plans to open 35 customer care centres in all divisional headquarters, according to Theodore Bhaskaran, chief post-master general. He also said that two stamps will be realised in New Delhi to commemorate the golden jubilee of Indian Independence. Modernisation of post offices is also being planned, he added.
