Man found murdered
One Vasant Bhagwan Patil 42, a resident of Saibaba Society, Limbayat was murdered on Wednesday by one Raju Tulsiram Patil, a case registered today in the Limbayat police station said. According to the complaint registered by Rajani Patil, Vasant8217;s wife, Raju Patil came to their house at midnight, saying that Vasant had been called by one Ghulam. Vasant was then taken to the Udhna yard and killed with a sharp edged weapon. Personal rivalry is said to be the motive. Raju is absconding and the police have registered a case under section 302 of the IPC.

Two missing
Two minor boys have been reported missing in separate cases registered today. Ishwar Chiman Radadiya 15, a resident of Bhagwatinagar Society, Kapodara has been missing since May 8, his father told the police today. The boy reportedly informed his parents that he was going to a workshop and did not return. In another case registered at the Mahidharpura police station, Mahesh Rameshchandra 13 was reported missing since Tuesday morning. Rameshchandra Pandurang, the boy8217;s father and a resident of Lal Darwaja told the police that the boy left home saying he was going to play cricket and did not return.

Suicide
Bawan Jaynaba Pradhan 35, a labourer employed at Vardhaman factory, Pandesara, committed suicide by hanging himself from a ceiling fan in his room at Bhestan area on Tuesday night, the police stated. The reason for the extreme step is not known. The police have registered a case under IPC 174 and are investigating further.
