Three held for trespassing
On a complaint filed by Badheri resident Anand Kumar, the police have arrested three persons for alleged trespass in a landlord-tenant dispute case. Those arrested are owner Kaka Singh, his cousin Narinder Singh and son Narinder Singh.

Two assaulted in separate incidents
Bapu Dham8217;s Madrassi colony resident Babu Ram reported to the police that he was assaulted and threatened by Anil Kumar, a resident of the same colony. The police have registered a case. In another incident, Burial village resident Hari Singh was allegedly assaulted by Sector 35 residents Rajinder and Devinder Singh at the dividing roads of Sector 33 and 35.

VCR, jewellery stolen from house
Sukhwinder Singh of Sector 11 has reported to the police that his VCR, some jewellery and articles have been stolen from his residence. A case of burglary has been registered.

Man admitted to hospital with burns
Sector 25 resident Nathu Ram has been admitted to the PGI with burn injuries. He was reportedly burnt at home.

Consumes poison
Neeta Aggarwal of Sector 42 was admitted to the PGI after she reportedly consumed poison at her residence.
