Contractor is king at Kalka bus stand

K S Kalsan, General Manager, Haryana Roadways, Chandigarh said, 8220;This contract has been given to a private contractor and it is wrong if he is using it in the name of Haryana Roadways. I will look into the matter immediately.8221;
