Singh alleged that the BJP was doing this at the behest of the RSS who want their ideology to be the basis of Constitution. quot;It is an attempt to spread communal hatred towards a particular minority community in the country,quot; he alleged.

On the issue of ISI activities in the State, the Chief Minister said quot;intelligence bureau and RAW will be in a better position to say about this but as far as I know, keeping in mind the vast area of the state, it is negligiblequot;.

Singh said Madhya Pradesh cabinet would be expanded soon but remained non-committal on the date.
