NEW DELHI, June 24: A police constable has been arrested for attempted murder after he shot at the landlord of a factory in Gokulpuri in North East Delhi last night.
Constable Naresh Pal was posted with the Communications section of the Delhi Police. He reportedly owns a PVC factory in the Jauhripur area. Just opposite his factory is another one, sited on land owned by a person named Ajay Kaushik. He had leased out the land to a factory which was being managed by Raju.

Acording to the north east district police, a dispute broke out between the workers of Naresh Pal8217;s factory and the labourers in Raju8217;s factory last night. Ajay Kaushik and Naresh Pal soon arrived on the scene.
Both intervened in the dispute and it was at this point that Naresh Pal shot at Ajay Kaushik. But Kaushik sustained no injuries.
A case of attempted murder was registered against Naresh Pal who was later arrested.
