Faced with the criticism that his Government had questioned Team India skipper M S Dhoni8217;s application seeking license for a prohibited weapon, Shibu Soren on Wednesday promised to gift him the cricketer a 9-mm pistol. 8220;He is the son of the soil. We will gift him the pistol of his choice,8221; said the CM.
