BANGALORE, July 26: Karnataka High Court Chief Justice, M F Saldanha today inaugurated the quot;Keep Clean Lal Baghquot; programme, a one-year initiative to keep the famous garden clean. A software development firm in the city is sponsoring the Rs 4-lakh exercise.
