PUNE, Sept 12: Jockey Aslam Kader8217;s concerted efforts extracted the best out of Southern based Bountiful Treasure. The ward of trainer Darius R Byramji claimed The Southern Command Gold Trophy, 1600 m, one of the most eagarly awaited events of this centre.

Not a single first favourite runner obliged on the 13th day of Pune meeting conducted here on Sunday.

Contest of skill: M/s IP Chordia, managing director Panchshil, and The Indian Express, gave away the prizes for the contest of skill sponsored by Satellite Towers amp; Riding High. The co-sponsors were Coca-Cola, Panchshil and Sun-N-Sand Hotel, Mumbai. The event is managed by Jaws Events.

There were 192 successful tickets upto third leg of the Jackpot Pool. A numbers were fed into the Totalizator Computer System and the Lucky Numbers were generated at random by the Computer.
