Bounced cheque: Probation for convict

In his complaint under the said Section, the complainant Vimal Nagpal alleged that the accused had taken a loan of Rs 20,000 from him and had assured that the same would be returned within a period of three months.

It was added that after the expiry of the said period the accused issued a cheque amounting to Rs 20,000 in the name of Vimal Nagpal, but the same was dishonoured by the bank on account that the cheque drawer8217;s signatures were found to be differing.
