After the charade being played out by the BJP in the name of “its opposition to the nuclear deal”, the party is coming out with smart one-liners. After it became evident that the BJP would not mobilise parties to dislodge the UPA Government during the trust vote, it missed no opportunity to take pot-shots at others. Sample the irrepressible M Venkaiah Naidu’s gem: “If the Telangana Rashtra Samithi goes to the Congress-led camp on the trust vote, it would only show that the goat has come to trust the butcher.”
