Mahendra Singh Dhoni has been advised bed rest for 10 days. The report follows a detailed examination of Dhoni8217;s forearms and shoulders by 8216;Dr Greg Chappell8217; who examined the Indian wicketkeeper at the Bakhtawar Amin Memorial Trust Hospital. 8216;8216;His shoulders seem a bit sore,8221; observed Chappell. 8216;8216;He needs 10 days of absolute bed-rest!8221;

Chappell and Dhoni played a mock 8216;doctor-doctor8217; during the team8217;s visit to the new hospital that features Pakistan skipper as one of the board of directors in the trust. 8220;I feel really happy that the residents of Multan will now have a world-class hospital that caters to the poor. I thank the Indian team for accepting my invitation and coming here for laying the foundation stone for the hospital8217;s second phase,8221; said Inzamam. Started in 1998, the project, operating on no-loss-no-profit basis, was divided into two phases 8212; the first phase consisting 70 beds would become functional from March 23. Consisting of OPD and in-patient department, the initial half will have infrastructure for emergency services, physiotherapy, surgical department for eye and plastic surgery, besides ultrasound and ECG facilities. 8220;The poor patients would be treated from fund out of Patients Welfare fund/Zakat fund maintained by the trust,8221; a hospital official added.
