The next few months look really hectic for Madhu 8212; as if to compensate for the time she had to spend in bed. In December, she begins shooting for the TV serial Cats. Produced by UTV, it is loosely based on the hit American TV series Charlie8217;s Angels.

And keeping her company, through fashion show rehearsals and shoots, is a book. Madhu says that she never leaveshome without reading material. She is presently reading Stoneboy, written by a Vietnamese Zen Master. quot;I read a whole lot of different stuff 8212; some fiction novels that my friends recommend and some magazines,quot; says Madhu. On sets, in between takes, Madhu relaxes by flipping through a book. quot;Any chance I get, I read. Even if I get to read only half a page, I read,quot; says she.
