PANCHKULA, April 6: An oath-taking ceremony of the newly-elected office-bearers of the District Bar Association, Panchkula, was held today at the Judicial Complex premises, in Sector 8, here today. H. S. Hooda, Advocate-General, Haryana, presided over the function. The following have been elected to various offices of the DBA, for 1999-2000: president: R. S. Badhran; vice-president: B. S. Virk; secretary: Amit Singla; joint secretary: Vandana Bhuria and treasurer: Anirudh Sharma.

Members of the Executive who were elected unopposed are Radha Krishan Duggal, Romesh Chand Narang, Naresh Kumar Sharma, Romesh Gopal, Parminder Sahni, Amit Sharma and Deepak Kapur.
