A 8220;Pichda Warg Kranti Rally8221; is being organised by members of Backward Classes BC of Haryana on October 5 at Rajiv Gandhi Sports Complex in Rohtak. The rally is being organised to express gratitude to Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda for his decision to allot residential plots of 100 sq yards to the Backward Classes and families living blow the poverty line free of cost, said convener of the rally, Dr Ram Prakash, Member Rajya Sabha. Hooda will be the chief guest and president of Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee Phool Chand Mullana would preside over the rally.

Phool Chand Mullana would visit the districts of Panchkula on September 24, districts of Karnal and Panipat on September 25, Faridabad, Palwal and Mewat districts on September 26 and districts of Gurgaon, Rewari and Narnaul Mahendergarh on September 27
