A fresh case, involving charges of forgery and forcible land grabbing, has been registered against controversial RJD MP Mohammad Shahabuddin, police said here today. The case was registered at Siwan police station on the directive of DGP D.P. Ojha following a complaint by one Ratneshwar Prasad Singh, a resident of Newari village in Jahanabad, on Wednesday.
Singh, in his complaint, accused Shahabuddin of forcibly grabbing his land at Chhitauli village in Siwan and converting it into a farmhouse.
