Something8217;s been troubling the legendary Sunil Gavaskar ever since the 98th ball of the Durban one-dayer 8212; when Sachin Tendulkar was bowled by Andre Nel after a compact 35. And today, he decided to get it off his chest.

Here as a TV commentator, Gavaskar walked down to the Indian nets this afternoon to spend over 25 minutes with Sachin Tendulkar. Taking Sachin8217;s bat, he told his 8220;little champion8221; that he probably needs to have his front foot a bit straighter on the forward movement than it was at Durban. He felt that Tendulkar was moving more across than what was necessary.

The brief shadow-batting session done, a quick thank you from Sachin and Virender Sehwag, who was looking on, Gavaskar walked back with a smile. As quietly as he had come in.
