Anand draws yet again

Viswanathan Anand continued his steady progress at the Dortmund Super Grandmasters chess tournament by drawing his second round match against Hungarian Peter Leko here.

It was his second draw in as many rounds in the elite event. World champion Vladimir Kramnik shot into the lead by defeating Israel8217;s Boris Gelfand. He shares the lead with Russian Grandmaster Evgeny Alekseev.

Shirov awaits Sasi

Yalta: Having been through an uneven tournament so far, Grandmaster Krishnan Sasikiran would be striving to be more consistent when he takes on Spaniard Alexei Shirov in the seventh round of the Aerosvit International Grandmasters chess tournament here tomorrow.
