A tribute to Mother

NEW DELHI: Sahara India Pariwar chairman Subroto Roy on Thursday sent out an emotional tribute to Mother Teresa, who was recently beatified by the Pope. Recounting their first meeting, Roy said: ‘‘She gave one card to my friend. I asked her ‘What is in the card, Mother?’ and she said, ‘Don’t you know this is my business card’, I said ‘But what is your business?’ ‘My business is to beg for my children’, she replied.’’ Days before she passed away, Roy says, Mother told him: ‘‘After me, I hope you all will take care of my poor children.’’ —ENS
