
Mumbai, Nov 22: Leading by a solitary point at the end of the third quarter, Agradneya Vyayamshala outscored Fr Agnel Gymkhana 19-7 in the fourth to advance to the mini boys u-13 semi-final of the XIth Bombay YMCA open basketball tournament, sponsored by Kanara Engineering and United Phosphorus, at Ghatkopar YMCA today.
The two teams were locked in a close battle for supremacy, reflected in the half-time score of 15-15. Siddharth Lele then scored all his ten points in the fourth quarter to shut out Agnel.
