MUMBAI, APRIL 1: Five Assistant Commissioners of Police (ACP), including the Public Relation Officer, and two senior inspectors have been transfered in a reshuffle on Friday.
ACP Vasant Gosavi, who was the police PRO, has been transfered to North-East control. He has been replaced by A Benaulkar, who was incharge of Girgaum division.
Dhashrat Awadh, who was in-chage of detection and crime at the police headquarters, has been shunted to Mulund division. While B N Chougule has been shifted from Airport Security to Girgaum division, K V Thakur is posted with the traffic department.
M G Bhoite, who was on deputation to Sales Tax, had been moved to airport.
Senior Inspector V H Bassein has been posted at Park Site police station and D D Wagh has moved to SB II.
