Just a day after teasing an upcoming appearance on The Great British Baking Show, 54-year-old actor Jackman delighted his British fans by sharing a post about his indulgent "cheat meal"

Who knew that wolverines can have a sweet tooth? Well, we learned about the same as Hugh Jackman took to Instagram to share a carousel of images of his cheat meal at The Waffle House in Norwich, United Kingdom where he devoured his meal of two waffle concoctions — one sweet and one savory — as well as an overflowing shake. Jackman also shared a photo of the menu at the restaurant and a smiling fork-in-hand snapshot of himself. “Happy cheat meal to me!” the star captioned his social media post. “Nooo! I did not share. And I’m not sorry. #wafflehousenorwich.”

The savoury waffles were served with mushrooms and minced meat in a sauce. As for the sweet one, we could spot a creamy sauce,bananas, and chocolate shavings on its top. The shake too, looked decadent with a thick frosted cream and caramel granules on top.

Taking to Instagram recently, the Australian star treated his followers to a series of photos captioned “The week that was.” Among the snapshots were a cheerful selfie with a hat and sunglasses, some breathtaking wildlife shots, and a picture featuring a glass of wine. To top it off, he included an intriguing snapshot that seemed to reveal The Great British Bake Off set, fueling speculation that he may be participating in the beloved reality show.

“You’re on The Bake Off ??” one fan commented on the post, while another joked, “Deadpool vs Wolverine, bake off edition.”

The mention refers to actor Ryan Reynolds, known for his role in Deadpool, who had recently visited the set of the baking show alongside his wife Blake Lively. Reynolds, aged 46, shared a photo earlier this year featuring himself with the hosts of the series, Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith. In the caption, he expressed, “A full and unconditional hug of pure serotonin.”

In The Great British Bake Off show, which is currently running its 13th season, home bakers compete against each other in order to prove their baking skills and win the title of Britain’s best amateur baker.
