It would not be an understatement to say that Janhvi Kapoor is spotted outside her gym almost every day. And now, we also know what happens in her workout sessions, courtesy of Janhvi herself. That is because the actor recently took to Instagram to share a video of herself from inside the gym, where she can be seen performing a variety of functional exercises, ranging from running on a treadmill to lifting weights. The Mili actor captioned her post, “@antigravity_club mornings are the best kind of mornings,” with a bicep emoji.

This is, however, not the first time that the actor has shared her workout video. As such, we know that apart from functional exercises, Janhvi also loves to do Pilates and is an avid dancer as well. In fact, her gym looks are also very popular on social media.
