English singer and songwriter Adele’s recent Instagram picture took many by surprise. The 15-time Grammy award-winning artiste, who was spotted at Canadian rapper and singer Drake’s birthday party, showed off her svelte figure with a retro look.
While wishing Drake, she captioned the post, “I used to cry but now I sweat.”

According to various reports, the 31-year-old has made “major lifestyle changes” since her divorce from husband Simon Konecki earlier this year. The Hello singer has been known to focus on improving her health since the birth of her son Angelo in 2012.
As per reports, she has been undergoing Pilates training.

According to the Sun, the secret to Adele’s transformation is body coach Joe Wicks, whose training plan focuses on high-intensity workouts that never last longer than 35 minutes at a time. The singer has also reportedly been working with personal trainer Dalton Wong, a favourite of her friend, Jennifer Lawrence.

As per reports, the singer has lost about 42 pounds or about 18 kgs of weight because of her diet.

She followed The Sirtfood Diet, which focuses on plant-based foods like kale, buckwheat, green tea and turmeric. The foods are known as sirtuin activators, and are said to control the way the body processes fat and sugar, which regulates appetite in the process.
