BPSC 69th CCE Final Results 2024: Result out, tie breaking policy and more (Express image/ representative)BPSC 69th CCE Results 2024 Declared: The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) on November 26 announced the 69th Integrated Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) 2024 results. The BPSC 69th final results have been declared at bpsc.bih.nic.in.

In addition to the BPSC CCE 69th final results, the integrated 69th final results are also declared for those candidates selected for posts including finance administrative officer and equivalent, deputy superintendent of police (technical) and child development project officer.
The BPSC 69th CCE exam in 2024 has two stages – a preliminary examination followed by a mains examination. The preliminary exam was two hours long and included objective questions totaling 150 marks. Only those who passed the preliminary exam were eligible to take the BPSC CCE main exam.
The interview for a total of 1,005 candidates for CCE was conducted from October 15 to 26, 2024. A total of 972 candidates appeared in the interview and 33 candidates were absent.
The results of the main (written) examination of four candidates who appeared in the interview and the results of the preliminary and main (written) examinations of five candidates have been cancelled.
For the remaining 963 candidates who appeared for the interview, a combined merit list was prepared on the basis of the total marks obtained in the main examination and the total marks obtained in the interview.
In the combined merit list, in case the total marks of two or more candidates are equal, the candidate who has obtained higher marks in the main examination, in case the marks in the main examination are equal, the candidate who has obtained higher marks in the essay subject, in case the marks in the essay subject are equal, the candidate who is older as per the date of birth, and in case the dates of birth are equal, the candidate whose name comes first alphabetically in the Devanagari list, have been placed higher in the merit list.
Accordingly, under the combined serial merit list prepared, giving preference to the preference order indicated by them for the state cadre or services, as per their eligibility for the selected service and availability of vacant posts in the reservation roster, against a total of 362 vacancies including 361 candidates are declared successful for appointment in the pending state cadre or services.
One post of unreserved category of Block Panchayat Raj Officer remains vacant due to the non-availability of one candidate under deaf-mute disabled category.
