Bihar STET 2023: Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) began the application process for Bihar Secondary Teacher Eligibility Test (STET) today at 4:30 pm. Interested and eligible candidates can apply at the official website — bsebstet.com.

The application window will close on August 23. The exam is to determine the eligibility of teachers at secondary and higher secondary levels. Paper 1 will be conducted for the secondary level and paper 2 will be conducted for the higher secondary level. Candidates can appear either. The exam dates are yet to be announced.

Bihar STET 2023: How to apply

Step 1: Visit the official website— bsebstet.com

Step 2: Click on the link for Bihar STET registrations

Step 3: Click on new registration and enter your basic details such as name, email address and more

Step 4: Login using your application number and password

Step 5: Fill the application form and upload the necessary documents

Step 6: Save, submit and pay the fees

Step 7: Download the application form for future reference

The application fee for open, EWS, OBC and BC candidates is Rs 960 for one paper and Rs 1440 for both papers. SC, ST and PwB candidates will have to pay Rs 760 for one paper and Rs 1,140 for both papers.

Bihar STET 2023 is a computer based test (CBT) mode and the exam will be held for a duration of 150 minutes. The total mark is 150 out of which 100 will be from the subject applied and 50 will be based on teaching and other abilities.
