Former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand Narayan Dutt Tiwari today turned 87 and celebrated the occasion in a low key manner at his residence here.

Chief Minister Vijay Bahuguna,who is out of town,sent his OSD with a bouquet of flowers to the former chief minister to wish him a long life.
