The Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP) today raised the issue of “multi-front discrimination” with the Prime Minister’s Task Force.

”We raised the issue of multi-front discrimination with Jammu with the PM’s Task Force and laid emphasis on our demand of constitution of delimitation commission for Assembly seats in JK,” Working Chairman of JKNPP Harsh Dev Singh said.

The party presented a 19-point memorandum emphasising that development of neglected regions is possible only when there is equitable distribution of funds for its development,he said.

”This is possible only when each region has equitable share in political power which can only happen if the legislative power is vested in each region separately,” he said.
