Hotel collapses,one person injured

The building,which was constructed nearly a decade back,had developed major cracks recently after which the hotel was closed,the sources said.

A wall of the hotel collapsed last night causing damage to three rooms on the first floor,the sources said,adding none was hurt in the last night incident.

Although no one was believed to be trapped under the debris of the building,police and fire services personnel are busy searching the debris to ensure that no one is trapped,the sources said.
