Former BJP MLC joins JD(U)

A former BJP MLC Sanjay Jha today joined the ruling JD(U) in Bihar.

Jha joined the party at a function held at Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s official residence in the presence of JD(U) state unit president Vashistha Narayan Singh and other leaders and ministers.

Welcoming Jha,food and consumer protection minister Shyam Rajak said it was the former MLC’s decision to join the JD(U) and it would have no adverse impact on the ties between the two NDA allies.
