Reacting to Modi’s statements, Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge said: “Times are changing. During the day, addressing a large gathering of BJP cadres in Telangana, Modi also attacked the Congress over the party’s treatment of former PM late P V Narasimha Rao. “BJP’s policy is nation first and it works on that policy, whereas parties like the Congress and BRS have a family first policy.
